Minimum of 25 People
Depending on the location and the weather, we can handle over 400 people.
Minimum Spend Determined on Time of Day and Day of Week
Throwing a party on a Tuesday afternoon will be cheaper than Thursday night party. Simply because we might have to turn away guests during that window.
50% Deposit Due To Hold The Reservation
No party is confirmed until we receive a deposit. Deposits are easy: we text or email you a special link, and you make the deposit online.
Order Off The Menu or Have Us Create a Select Menu
We will work with you to create the right menu for individual ordering or as a buffet.
Total Bill Can Be Split At Most Two Ways
Venmo is your friend with your friends.
Pick Your Bar Options
We offer two levels of open bar, or we can do a single bar tab.
We Can Create a Signature Cocktail
Work with our bartenders to come up with a signature cocktail or two for your party.

In the heart of Historic Kennett Square, and minutes from Longwood Gardens, Grain KSQ offers Kennett’s most unique private space, 410@Grain. Named for being 410 ft above sea level, this upstairs space overlooks all of Kennett. Glass windows open when the weather allows to create a beautiful open air destination.

Grain H2O
Located on the C&D Canal, atop the 400 slip Summit North Marina, Grain H2O offers beautiful waterfront views, indoor and outdoor dining, plenty of parking and something for everyone to enjoy at the party.

Grain On The Rocks
Located at the Lewes Ferry Terminal, this newly renovated destination offers the most unique waterfront views and plenty of space to accommodate your every desire. The large outdoor open green space overlooking the water offers the perfect canvas for you to create your event on. Hundreds of free parking spots also makes this a true beach rarity.

Grain Exchange
Located at the stunning University of Delaware’s STAR Campus, Grain Exchange offers a great spot for business or social gatherings. Directly across from UD’s athletic facilities, the location offers great indoor and outdoor opportunities to delight. Additional facilities in the building allow for larger parties inside and the lawn connected to our outdoor patio and bar makes it a great outdoor event destination on UD’s south campus.
